Come celebrate and explore the benefits of yoga, meditation, dance, sound therapy and crafts and AVATAR: WAY OF WATER ADVENTURE with Pamela Doerr, E-RYT® 200,RYT® 500, YACEP® certified yoga instructor, This camp is specially built class for kids to learn, explore, create and build skills to SOAR through challenges our youth face each day. Using the surroundings of the MYSTICAL, MAGICAL ELEMENTS OF WATER, EARTH, AIR, FIRE fun to empower children and help them understand they have their own unique expression and they are PERFECT just the way they are. The goal is to enable ability within themselves through breath and focus to manage their emotions anytime, anywhere. Join us on the journey through the THE WAY OF WATER as we navigate the obstacles to locate the treasures within the depths of our beautiful planet and step into the imagination of all that is possible through the eyes of child!

They will learn:

• basic principles of kids yoga & meditation

• basic principles of self love and self care through teaching and songs

• creating and exploring color awareness with art

• various crafts to promote wellness and fun: bracelets, candles, painted rocks, fungai dream catchers

• introduction and how to use sound bowls, tuning forks, drums and instruments

• continuing to discover, explore and play with games, scavenger hunts and AVATAR: WAY OF WATER fun

PREREQUISITE: Ages 9-14

REGISTRATION: $199 plus $40 activity fee ($239). Space is limited. RSVP to be put on the schedule.
