Reiki For Kids

Reiki for Kids with Pamela Doerr, E-RYT® 200,RYT® 500, YACEP® certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master, is a specially built class for sensitive kids to learn, explore, create and build resiliency. Knowing Reiki not only empowers children and helps them understand they have the ability to heal themselves, it gives them an action they can take to do so, anytime, anywhere. The Reiki journey begins with compassionate self-care, self-awareness, and an experiential awareness and understanding of our energy bodies and how energy works. Intuition expands and deepens, as well, with self-Reiki.

They will learn:

• basic principles of reiki

• how to use reiki for self-care

• practicing reiki on old very kid-friendly dog

• creating and exploring reiki princples and color awareness with art

• introduction to sound healing tools.

• You will continue to discover, explore and play with your own intuitive gifts, develop increased awareness and ownership of your energetic space while cultivating a sacred and evolving personal practice that honors your unique heritage and life experiences.

PREREQUISITE: Ages 6-12
